An asymptomatic, 27-year-old female presents wanting to undergo Lasik correction for her myopia. Corrected visual acuity is 20/25 right eye and 20/20 left eye. Color plate testing is normal for both eyes and no APD is present. Anterior segment examination is normal but on fundus examination, her optic nerves are as seen in these photos.
